Securely connect CNC machines to your company network
A Versatile Device

OT-Max is a networking device that provides a secure method for integrating CNC machines into your production network. It supports legacy connections via SMB1, NFS, and FTP protocols, while ensuring secure access from the company network through SMB3 and SFTP. This versatile device is capable of monitoring machining data through a variety of protocols, including MT-Connect, Fanuc FOCAS, Modbus, Siemens S7, Heidenhain LSV2, HAAS NGC, and HAAS M-NET. Moreover, it efficiently gathers and relays this data to an integrated OPC UA Server for streamlined operations.

Secure Machine Connections

OT-Max is a network device designed to securely integrate CNC machines into your production network. It supports legacy connections through SMB1, NFS, and FTP protocols, while also ensuring secure access from the company network via SMB3 and SFTP.

Integrated Firewall

The OT-Max is engineered with two separate network interfaces: one connects to the machine, and the other to the company's network. This design isolates sensitive CNC controls from network vulnerabilities while ensuring secure and seamless data and operations.

Collect Machining Data

OT-Max seamlessly connects with CNC machines, translating various machine protocols into a secure OPC UA Server format. It is compatible with a wide range of protocols, including:

  • FANUC FOCAS
  • Heidenhain Opt 18
  • Siemens S7
  • MT-Connect
  • HAAS MNET/NGC
  • Modbus TCP
