2. Server log files
When this website is accessed, the web server processes technical connection data required to deliver and secure the site. This can include the requested address, date and time, transferred data volume, browser and operating-system information, referrer and IP address. The specific retention period is not configured in this website repository and must be defined and verified in server operations.
3. Essential cookies and device storage
Grav uses a technically necessary session cookie whose name starts with grav-site. The configured session lifetime is 30 minutes. After an active language selection, otmax_lang stores the selected language for one year. otmax_consent stores the consent decision for 180 days so the site can respect it. The site's own configuration does not use Local Storage or Session Storage for these purposes.
4. Contact form and email
The contact form sends the submitted information by email to INC-MediaLine GmbH so that the enquiry can be handled. Name and email address are required; company, telephone number and message are optional. The configured Grav process sends the message by email and does not contain a separate file-storage step. Messages can remain in the involved mailboxes and technical mail logs; their retention is not controlled in this website repository. Depending on the enquiry, processing may be based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual communication or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other business communication.
The same applies when an enquiry is sent directly to an email address published on this website.
5. Local anti-spam check
The contact form uses the locally hosted, invisible Grav CAP check and a honeypot field. The browser performs a small proof-of-work calculation and sends the resulting token with the form. No external CAPTCHA provider is contacted. Requests remain subject to the server logging described above.
6. Google Analytics 4
With consent to statistics, this website loads Google Analytics 4 for measurement ID G-PGWNGDFEZ1. Before consent, the Google tag is blocked and no request is sent to Google. After consent, Analytics can process page views, interactions, a pseudonymous client identifier, device and browser characteristics and approximate location. Analytics can set cookies whose names begin with _ga; the website also removes known Analytics cookies when consent is withdrawn.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, Section 25(1) TDDDG. Provider for users in the EEA is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google states that individual IP addresses are not logged or stored in Analytics; IP addresses are used at collection time to derive approximate location information and then discarded. Retention and data-sharing settings are controlled in the Analytics property and are not defined in this website repository.
Google group companies and service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Information about Google's processing is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
7. Local resources and external links
The web fonts used by the site are delivered locally from ot-max.com; no external font provider is contacted for them. Links to external websites do not contact the target solely because the link is displayed. When a visitor activates such a link, the target provider receives the connection data required for the request and may receive referrer and browser information.
8. Withdrawal and cookie settings
Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future through the permanently available Cookie settings button. Refusal or withdrawal does not restrict essential website functions.
9. Rights
Subject to the legal requirements, data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority. Requests can be sent to the controller using the contact details above.
